Home Energy Efficiency grants
Hampshire County Council funds an advice service that is free for all residents (0800 804 8601 – the Environment Centre) to offer advice on government grants that can fully or partly fund home improvements including new heating systems, insulation and solar PV. Some grants take into account income levels. Some grants are based on health conditions or age alone, so that you can qualify for home improvement grants if anyone in your household meets one of the following categories: Is pregnant; or, has a cardiovascular condition; has a respiratory condition (e.g. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or childhood asthma); has a mental health condition; has any disabilities; is aged 65 and older; is a child aged 5 or under.
